Minutes for meeting held on 28TH NOVEMBER 2011
at Parkway Social Club

PRESENT: Doug Andrews (Chairman), Fran Harris (Treasurer),David Wilson, Tim Grace, Eileen McKie, Louise Bowes, Peter Phelps,, Racheal Smith, Malcolm Foster. Lorraine King,Linda Millar,Peter Greenfield,Sally-Ann McMillan-browse.

 APOLOGIES:    None     
MINUTES:     Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted as a true record.      
MATTERS ARISING:    Linda told the meeting that she had donated a radio to the test centre and hoped it was acceptable..
CHAIRMANS REPORT:
Doug stated that he felt he was unable to continue without a Secretary as he would probably be retiring completely when his current certificate expires next year. However he said that he would be prepared to continue as Chairman at least for one more year. Fran also stated that she would like someone to take over the Treasurers position. After a short discussion David Wilson said that he would be prepared to do the Treasurers job and Louise Bowes said she would be prepared to take over as Secretary. It was agreed that their names would be put forward at January’s A.G.M.  
Doug also stated that he had stepped down as Vice-Chair of the Eastern Region M.S.A.Committee.j

TREASURERS REPORT:
Fran gave her report which was accepted.

SECRETARYS REPORT:  
As we have no Secretary there is no Secretary’s report. Hopefully this will be remedied when Louise takes over the post in the New Year.

 SOCIAL EVENTS:  
It was stated that the Xmas Dinner would be held at the Bluebell Werrington  The cost was £12-50 per head The date was Friday 16th.December meeting at 7-30pm for 8-00pm sit down.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:  
Linda produced some sketches of some awkward local Roundabouts which had been marked with the most suitable routes around them and had been laminated so that they could be used to show to pupils incar.These were produced by local Instructor Tony Nicolaou and copies could be purchased from him He can be contacted by Telephone on 07747691341 or by e-mail at nicolaou.t@gmail.com
